Yesterday, I woke up feeling like I would enjoy a good run, and so I suited up and trekked for about three miles. Trouble was the temperature outside was freezing, and that played hard on my tendons on the sides of my knees. I can’t get up faster then incredibly slow now, and it hurts to walk. Lessons learned. Research proper layering, and get some tights for that next moment of insanity.
Study session at the branch campus today for review of basic accounting methods.
We took the children to OMSI, and predictably, the minute you let them in the water fun area of the children’s exhibit, they’ll try drinking the water for fun, along with the other toddlers who view the tubs as some kind of drinking fountain. The parents range from the types who’d run interference to those who resign themselves to the fates for their children’s blissed ignorance of germ theory. I did both. Of course, should you pry them away from the water area altogether, you can expect a pretty big confrontation ahead.
